1. Faithful
- They are committed to God and church.
- They are committed to show up.
- They are not looking for ‘credit’ for themselves.
‘They do little things like their big and they don't make a big deal out of it’
2. Available
- Consistent on time
- Willing to take ownership
- Ready to serve (sometimes we need to cover one another)
- Have margin on the calendar
3. Servant Hearted
- Go extra mile for others and not themselves.
- Put others as their priority
4. Teachable
- Humility (hungry hearts) and hungry minds
- They are learners than teacher
- Ask a lot of questions (how do you do this / that?)
